Advantages of our laser cutting
1. Laser cutting presents certain advantages over plasma cutting as this process is much more precise and uses less energy when cutting steel and aluminum sheets. In addition, the latest laser machines such as our new 4Kw machine are now approaching plasma machines in their ability to cut through thick materials.  

2. The precision levels and edge quality achieved with laser cutting machines are better than traditional cutting methods, as the laser beam will not wear during the laser cutting process. Laser cutting technology also enables us to cut complex shapes without the need for tooling and at a similar or faster speed than other cutting methods. 

3. The fact that laser cutting technology offers reduced contamination of the workpiece presents certain advantages over traditional mechanical cutting techniques. 

Laser cutting also allows us to cut small diameter holes with complex detail and good edge quality in either sheet, plate, or box section.

Our Stamping Advantages

1. Stamping production efficiency, and easy to operate, easy to implement mechanization and automation. This is because the stamping dies and stamping equipment, rely on to complete the process, the general press trip up dozens of times per minute, high pressure to reach hundreds of times per minute, or even thousands of times, and each press trip to may get a red piece.

2. When the stamping die stamping parts to ensure accuracy of the size and shape, and generally do not damage the surface quality of stamping, and die life is generally longer, so the stamping quality and interchangeability, with "identical" features.

3. Machinable stamping out the larger size range, shape, complex parts, such as the small clock, stopwatch, large car rails, panels, etc., plus stamping of material hardening effect of cold deformation, strength and punching stiffness are high.
